personal experiences in COFFEE PRINCE addiction

If you have seen the Korean romance-comedy drama “The 1st Shop of
Coffee Prince”, they this place should be familiar. I went there last
Friday afternoon with some friends (and my son) after eating Chinese
food at Yeonhui-dong. The place wasn’t difficult to find. We took the
taxi and asked to be taken to Sanullim Theater. Oh well, it isn’t really far from where we had lunch.
The 1st Shop of Coffee Prince is one of the most popular Korean
dramas last year. It even earned its female lead, Yoon Eun Hye, the
best actress trophy in this year’s Baeksang Awards. She and Gong Yoo
also gained more CF because of the popularity of this drama.
We were excited when we got to the place, a two-storey building. The
second floor is not open to customers though. The first thing you’ll
notice is the raw finish. Some may like it (I did) and others may not.
The walls are autographed by the stars, the staff and fans who visit
the place. My friends even signed on the board near our table. The
counter has espresso machines and lotsa other things that I really didn’t notice.
I was shocked by the prices of the coffee! I don’t even go to Starbucks since I don’t really like fancy coffee. I like mine black with a hint of brown sugar. My friend ordered an ice caffe mocha for me. My son tried it and liked it. That was his first coffee.
The shop wasn’t full when we were there. There were less than twenty
customers that time. Two were Japanese, three Chinese, three Pinoys and
the rest were Koreans. Most took pictures. I don’t believe people go
there for the coffee…
The staff was really nice. IMO, customer service in Korea is topnotch!They
played the drama’s OST and that made my friends really “kilig”. They
said it was a surreal experience and I’m glad they enjoyed it.

ang rami eh!!!! ayoko nang i type... tingnan niyo na lang sa cplandia... you know you are addicted to cp, when????? yung topic na yun nandoon ang experience ko!!!! ok ba? o sige... pero isa lang ang for sure, ginawa ko ang lahat alang alang sa cp..... ummmm gahit napagalitan na ako ng parents ko!!!! huhuhuhuh

okay ill share this one!!! syang lng tlga at wla akong pic...

im on the way home and pauwi n tlga!... then madami kming mgkksabay n naguuwian, that day kasi magksbay umuwi ang first year at fourth year.
kya crowded ang gate..
then what happened next is, someone called my friend. then tiningnan ko kung cnu ung tumawag s knya........ at yun n nga!!! grabe when i saw the guy who called my friend! my!!! KAMUKHANG KAMUKHA SYA NI MIN YEOP AS IN BALDO! .. prang ngpanic tlga ako n ewan kung anung mgiging reaction!, sbihin n nting oa.. pero kamukha nya tlga! and when he smiles..yung nwawala yung mta nya .. parehong pareho sila!
sinabi ko din s friend ko yung napansin ko.. then sabi nya "oo nga! hahaha"...

hanggang s makauwi ako yun ung naiisip ko..

the next day... pauwi n nman kmi... bigla ko n lng naisip... i turn to my friend- "nsan n kayu ung kamukha ni baldo?, anu nga ulit name nun?, diba kilala mo sya?"

habang sinasagot nya ko, napalingon n nman ako ng di sinasadya!,
"ayun sya!! ayun! hahaha,", parang nakakita kmi ng artista...
galing tlga ng instinct ko... speaking of it, bigla syang lumitaw..hehe

then my friend approach baldo-look alike, then sabi nya "alam mo b may kamukha k?, kamukha mo si baldo! sa coffee prince?..."... then he smiled,na niningkit yung mata.."ah.. oo nga... madami nga ngsasabi sakin eh!"... hehehe napatwa kmi ksi akla nmin kmi lng ang nkapansin.. yun pla madami n din..

hanggang s makauwi ako, yun ung naiisip ko... syang ndi ko sya nakilala khit mging friend man lng kmi...hehehe.. sabi ko sna next time i saw him! i have my camera and pipicturan ko sya.. to prove n kamukha nya tlga si baldo!. at ipopost ko sya ditu! with a caption " i saw baldo"..

that situation... namiss ko n nman si baldo.. n wla ng pag asa na makita mo sya khit kailan .. syang nman yung kamukha nya "wla na"..
pede n sya n lng kapalit nni baldo hahaha..... kya lng medyo bta pa yun eh... pero k year level ko din sya..

sna magkasalubong kmi ulit!...

parang ngkatotoo tuloy yung wish ko.... ksi nung nmatay si baldo ive wish n sana makita ko sya even in my dreamzzzz... pero mas mgnda dahil in person! ndi nga lng totoong sya, kamukha lng nya.. pero parang nkita ko n din sya... ksi kung mkikita nyo lng sya! the first thing you will notice is... KAMUKHA SYA NI BALDO!!!....


i misssssssssssss you!!! LEE UHN!!!!!!!!!!
